PAYC is a company that specializes in the coordination, supervision and administration of projects in the construction industry, offering services oriented to satisfy the needs of investors, developers and building contractors.


Founded on August 14 of the year 1980, PAYC started off by providing services of technical and administrative supervision of construction projects, budgeting, and consulting in the construction sector. 

The Nineties was a period of Technical-Administrative Supervision Service Strengthening. Our range of service was extended with Project Management and Construction Management services. The S.I.P (PAYC Information System) our market price and contractors database, was implemented. Since 2005, we began a globalization process as nowadays market requires, expanding our frontiers and providing services to South Central and United States (Florida). In 2010 by our compromise with environmental sustainability we introduced our GREEN services of Leed and Commissioning.
