The company supports in a large database (market prices, contractors) feeded by our experience and contractor evaluation processes for each project. The SIP (PAYC’s Information System) has been functioning since the nineties. Inside the organization our teams are able to develop the comprehensive management process for a construction project. In addition, we have no links or commercial interests with construction industry providers. This allow us to be completely independent in decisions taking for each project.

Project Management Is the Organization, administration and control of the owners interest, for beginning developing and closing a construction project. This labor involves legal, administrative, commercial, financial and technical activities adapted to policies, agreements and decisions by the owners.

Construction Management

Is the Organization, Administration and Control of the owners or Project Manager interest, for beginning developing and closing a construction project. This labor involves administrative and technical activities adapted to policies, agreements and decisions by the owners. This service includes Coordination and Contracting Management for Construction subcontractors. As an alternative where the organization project chart does not require a general builder.

Supervision

It consists in the Technical and Administrative Control activities during the different project phases, since the conception till the physical delivery to the owner.

Budget and Schedule Definition

Budgeting considers Unitary Construction Cost analysis and quantities measurement. The schedule lists activities duration and egress flows for each phase.

Leed and Commissioning

LEED AP certified, commissioning providers and Founding members of the Colombian Green Building Council.
